Salomé is a visionary designer, an avid cultural surfer, a writer, and a mathematics aficionado.
She received a Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics, minors in Studio Art + Computer Science, from Indiana University and a Master of Architecture from University of Michigan. Upon finishing her academic studies she ventured out to Southern California where she worked on both local and International projects, including the Ministry of Taipei in Taipei, Taiwan. Her avid passion for culture, design, and international experience led her to Vienna, Austria where she worked for Coop Himmelb(l)au on both projects and competitions, most notably the European Central Bank in Frankfurt, Germany.
In 2011 she, along with Mark Reeves, co-founded OPeX studios.
Mark is a passionate puzzle solver, affable relationship builder, and restless operations impresario.
He received an Associates in Applied Science in Visual Communication with a concentration in Photography and Bachelor of Arts degrees in History and Spanish with an Area Certificate in Latin American & Caribbean Studies. Post academics, he has managed a variety of projects for companies and individuals both domestically and internationally encompassing information and communication technologies, residential and commercial electronics, and other innovative ventures while concurrently serving sales and marketing roles.
